Talisman Advisory Partners in NYC, NY is seeking an Associate Consultant to join our Finance & Investment Professionals practice in NYC. This role supports senior consultants on complex, senior-level searches and helps manage the recruitment lifecycle.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to targeted candidate research, market mapping, and the development of talent pipelines, with opportunities to progress to independent search management and broader commercial responsibilities over time.

Formación

• Approximately 2 years’ experience in recruitment, executive search, or a related professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional presence and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Commercially minded, performance-driven, and motivated by progression.
• Exposure to finance, infrastructure, energy, professional services, or similar sectors.
• Experience in executive search, retained search, or a specialist recruitment desk.
• Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter or CRM experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct targeted candidate research and market mapping across defined financial and investment markets
• Develop and maintain talent maps, longlists, and pipelines for active mandates
• Engage senior-level candidates through LinkedIn, email, and telephone
• Screen candidates against role specifications and client requirements
• Support execution of multiple live searches, including interview coordination, feedback management, and candidate communication
• Prepare candidate summaries, shortlists, and client briefing materials
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM and search tracking systems
• Contribute to market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent insights
• Progressively support client relationship management and business development activities
