Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand the compliance handbook and support development and communication of compliance activities.
• Support plans and site activities related to quality and environment systems.
• Responsible for the operational balance sheet and reconciliations, including investigation of irregularities.
• Coordinate gathering of information for month-end close processes.
• Assist Program Management in costing of new products/programs.
• Assist Controller in month-end packages.
• Process all payables and maintain records for the Finance Department.
• Ensure purchase ledgers are accurate and payments are on time.
