Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. in Lowell, Arkansas invites a part-time Finance Internship for Summer 2027. Under close supervision, you will perform clerical activities such as financial data entry, record keeping and data gathering for reporting purposes.

You will assist with financial modeling, accounts receivable, budgeting support, and prepare monthly/quarterly analyses. Candidates should be pursuing Finance or Accounting with a minimum 3.0 GPA and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Finance, Economics, or related major.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial modeling.
• Provide general accounting support.
• Help with accounts receivable management.
• Provide support for annual budgeting process.
• Assist with statistical analysis and other special projects.
• Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial analysis packets for management.
