Job summary

Athene Holding Ltd. is offering an in-office internship in West Des Moines, IA, for students entering their junior year in Fall 2027.

Internships will run from mid-May to early August. These are in‑office internships at our West Des Moines located at 7700 Mills Civic Parkway. Interviews and hiring decisions expect to be completed prior to mid‑November, with some being completed as early as late September.

Accountabilities:

• Students are expected to work independently and will be responsible for ownership of their portion of a project or task once they have been properly trained
• Students are encouraged to add value and provide recommendations for improvements to processes and systems by applying their experience and knowledge
• Students will maintain a log evaluating each project assigned and prepare an evaluation of the experience in order to improve the quality of future projects
