Job summary

Qualifications

Our team is a highly collaborative finance organization that partners closely with operations, logistics, accounting, and business leaders to drive informed decision-making across the Aftersales business. This internship provides hands‑on experience in financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis while contributing to projects that have a real impact on the business. A Day in the Life

• Support month‑end reporting activities and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI tools and automation solutions.
• Assist with the development of Power BI dashboards and reporting enhancements that support business decision‑making.

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
• Learn how parts move through legacy systems into SAP Financials and support process improvement initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

Required

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Students entering their Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
• Solid foundation in accounting and finance principles.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience or exposure to Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the ability to work with large data sets.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative and is eager to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
• GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
• Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.
