Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent; attending an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
• Intern's major must align with academic and functional requirements of the position.
• Must have completed freshman year and be entering sophomore year.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8; favorable prior summer evaluation for consecutive summers in progressive internships if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Compiles, reviews and analyzes data; inputs and verifies data for reports.
• Researches data for management, operations, technical and administrative reports; uses fiscal/operational data.
• Produces tangible work products: reports, presentations, correspondence and project plans.
• Reviews reports to identify problems and recommends solutions as instructed.
• Participates in training sessions and department meetings to gain exposure to transit functions.
• Participates in and/or leads departmental meetings and working sessions.
