Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Richmond, VA is seeking a Finance Intern to support its accounting and finance teams at our Hillphoenix Case division. The internship is project-based and will rotate through Finance disciplines, with coaching from a dedicated mentor.

You will work on an assigned technical project in Accounting, FP&A, or Commercial Reporting, while developing essential office skills and professional relationships. This onsite role starts immediately in Richmond, VA.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year Finance or Accounting degree program.
• Completion of Junior Year of College by May 2027.
• Fundamental proficiency with Microsoft Office 360 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support accounting and finance teams at manufacturing plants on rotating projects.
• Be guided by goals and objectives with coaching and direction from the manager.
• Work on disciplines including Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Commercial Reporting.
