Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC, an industry leader in traffic control, is seeking a Finance Internship based at our corporate office in Hummelstown, PA. The intern will support the Finance team with payroll auditing, employee records, and compliance projects.

Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Finance/Accounting/Business and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The role offers exposure to audits, data analysis, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Attention to detail and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit employee timesheets using GPS and available data to identify discrepancies.
• Assist with weekly payroll audits and reconciliation activities to ensure issues are identified before payroll processing.
• Support payroll administration, including employee mail, terminations, address updates, and record maintenance.
• Compile, organize, and document information related to payroll and audits.
• Assist with vehicle usage, fuel, and other compliance-related audits and projects.
• Communicate with Payroll, Finance, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support the Finance team with reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
