Job summary

Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control, is hiring a Finance Internship based out of our corporate office in Hummelstown, PA. The intern will support the Finance team with weekly payroll auditing, employee record administration, and other operational and compliance-related projects.

The role reviews timesheet and GPS data to identify discrepancies and assists with payroll processing and related tasks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and proactive in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Audit employee timesheets using GPS and data to identify discrepancies.
• Assist with weekly payroll audits and reconciliation activities.
• Support payroll personnel administration and record maintenance.
• Compile and document payroll and audit-related information.
• Assist with vehicle usage and compliance audits and projects.
