Propio Language Services invites a motivated Finance Intern to join our team in Overland Park, KS. You will gain hands-on experience in accounting, payroll, FP&A, and financial reporting while contributing to real client work.

This internship offers mentorship from industry professionals, exposure to US and international payroll, and potential for full-time employment after graduation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support the finance team in day-to-day operations (employee payment, client billing, reconciliation).
• Assist with balance sheets and income statements preparation.
• Process invoices, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
• Review financial documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist payroll for US-based and international employees.
• Review timecards, deductions, and tax information for accuracy.
• Support payroll reporting and tax filings.
• Maintain documentation for SOPs for recurring tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams on special projects.
