Fox Pest Control is seeking an in-office Finance intern to support our finance and accounting team, gaining hands-on experience in budgeting, reporting, and day-to-day financial operations within a service-based business.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong Communication and willingness to learn.
• Experience with accounting Software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Help track expenses, invoices, and payments.
• Assist with basic financial reporting and analysis as needed.
• Reconcile transactions and identify discrepancies.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
