Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Account Manager to grow a fast-expanding commercial division. You will drive strategic sales, manage key accounts, and foster strong relationships with business clients while upholding Fox’s core culture.

This role offers an earning potential of $60,000 to $120,000 annually, consisting of base salary plus uncapped commissions, with benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) match, PTO, paid holidays, and sick leave.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of proven sales experience in residential or commercial services.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with decision-makers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Understanding of pest control concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet quarterly targets.
• Generate new commercial leads and manage accounts.
• Present solutions and close sales with professional clients.
• Collaborate with branch team to ensure service excellence.
