This internship offers hands-on experience with financial models, budgeting processes, and executive-level reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to develop practical finance skills while partnering with business leaders to drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas, pivot tables, and modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills; manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for data analysis and forecasting is preferred.
• Demonstrated initiative and interest in FP&A and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with variance analysis and reporting.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and drivers to identify trends.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Conduct cost, pricing, margin analyses to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Sales, and other teams to improve reporting.
• Research market trends to support planning and forecasting.
• Use data analytics and AI tools to improve reporting and insights.
• Help automate financial reporting and streamline workflows.
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses.
