Hyatt is seeking a Finance/Accounting intern for a 6‑month program. The role supports data entry, daily revenue and expense reporting, and reconciliation of cash, cards, and bank transactions.

You will help organize financial documents and assist with month‑end closing tasks while gaining exposure to cost analysis under supervision. The ideal candidate is currently studying Accounting, Finance, or Business, with a basic understanding of accounting principles and strong Excel/Word skills.

Formación

• Currently studying Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Fluent in Cantonese is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Support the preparation of daily revenue and expense reports.
• Help reconcile cash, credit card, and bank transactions.
• Maintain filing and organization of financial documents.
• Assist with stock and inventory checks in coordination with other departments.
• Provide support during month‑end closing activities.
• Perform simple analysis of costs and variances under guidance.
• Handle ad‑hoc administrative tasks assigned by the Finance team.
