  • Support preparation of Board of Directors presentations and quarterly earnings decks
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and data requests from senior leadership

  • Support total company Compensation & Benefits (C&B) analysis and reporting
  • Help prepare variance analyses and identify cost trends across functional areas
  • Partner with functional budget owners to gather inputs and validate assumptions
What You’ll Gain
  • Direct exposure to executive-level financial reporting at a publicly traded company
  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise planning tools and financial systems
  • Mentorship from a collaborative team that values development and growth
  • Understanding of how FP&A drives strategic decision‑making across a global organization
What We’re Looking For
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation) and PowerPoint (building clear, executive-ready presentations)
  • Technologically curious - you enjoy exploring new tools, automating tasks, and finding smarter ways to work
  • Positive attitude - you bring energy and optimism to the team, even when tackling complex or ambiguous challenges
  • Enjoys working with people - you thrive in collaborative environments and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in corporate finance
Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Prior internship or coursework in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
  • Interest in data visualization or business intelligence tools
