Job summary

NWU is seeking a finance-oriented intern to support contract administration and client reporting in the United States. You will update pricing, maintain contract data, and prepare customized reports for management.

You will interact with sales and customer teams to resolve invoice discrepancies, conduct audits, and present business reviews that illustrate quarterly trends. This role offers mentorship, professional development, and exposure to contract processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a similar financial field.
• Rising sophomore, junior, or senior at the time of the internship.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
• Strong motivation to learn and a drive to develop professional skills.
• Proven leadership in academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work settings.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a dynamic, unstructured environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Update contract pricing and membership information in the contract management system promptly.
• Serve as a key contact for large revenue, government, and retail customers; help resolve invoice inaccuracies and conduct customer audits.
• Develop and maintain customized customer reports and present them to management.
• Create Customer Business Review presentations showing quarterly trends from multiple data sources.
• Maintain formulary contracts and create customer-specific reports such as quote comparisons and membership reports.
• Assist in training related to contract administration and corporate compliance policies.
• Analyze contract discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and suppliers.
• Support management initiatives and collaborate with customers and other functions to improve processes.
