Job summary

MacLean-Fogg, a fourth-generation American manufacturer, invites a Finance Intern to Wisconsin. You will connect what you learn in class with financial decisions behind a manufacturing business, work with finance and accounting professionals, and understand performance, reporting, and budgeting processes.

You will own a meaningful project, explore cost and manufacturing finance topics, present recommendations to leadership, and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment on site.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related business discipline.
• Interest in understanding financial information and manufacturing.
• Basic familiarity with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, check your work, and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and check financial or operating information for accuracy.
• Use spreadsheets and other tools to analyze information and explain what you find.
• Support finance and accounting activities while learning how they connect to the business.
• Ask questions, investigate differences, and seek guidance when information does not make sense.
• Work with colleagues in Finance and other departments to understand their needs.
• Handle confidential information carefully and follow established review and approval processes.
• Complete a defined project and share practical findings and recommendations.
