MacLean-Fogg, a fourth-generation American manufacturer, invites a Finance Intern to Wisconsin. You will connect what you learn in class with financial decisions behind a manufacturing business, work with finance and accounting professionals, and understand performance, reporting, and budgeting processes.
You will own a meaningful project, explore cost and manufacturing finance topics, present recommendations to leadership, and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment on site.
As a Finance Intern at MacLean-Fogg, you will connect what you are learning in the classroom with the financial decisions behind a manufacturing business. You will work with finance and accounting professionals to understand business performance, check financial information, and help teams make informed decisions.
You will take ownership of a meaningful project with guidance from an experienced team. Depending on your assignment, you might investigate spending trends, improve a financial report, support a budgeting process, analyze product costs, or make a recurring task more accurate and efficient. At the end of the program, you will present your work, findings, and recommendations to leadership.

Coursework, student activities, personal projects, volunteering, and any type of employment can demonstrate your potential.
You do not need prior manufacturing experience or knowledge of our financial systems. We will help you learn the tools and processes used in your assignment.
Eligible interns at this location may receive a one-time $3,000 taxable housing allowance to help with temporary housing. Eligibility includes an available summer residence more than 50 miles from the worksite, a need for temporary housing, and no equivalent company-provided housing or relocation support. Payment follows the internship start and completion of required documentation.
Our hiring process includes an application, Criteria assessments, application and assessment review, a recruiter screen, and a 45-minute interview with the hiring team. Candidates selected for an offer receive a conditional offer followed by required pre-employment screening before hire.
This position requires a pre-employment drug screen after a conditional offer. A criminal background check may also be required, depending on the role. Screening and employment decisions are administered consistent with applicable law.
