Job summary

Campbell’s is seeking Finance Interns to apply analytical skills across Accounting, Audit or FP&A functions, delivering insights in financial reporting, planning and analysis. Most roles are based at the Camden, NJ headquarters with a domestic plant-location option; the program offers mentorship, real-world problem solving and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• The candidate is pursuing a Business degree (Accounting, Business Analytics/Data Analytics, Economics, Finance or MIS) with a data analytics emphasis.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and financial planning.
• Experience or coursework with data visualization and analytics tools.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus data visualization know-how.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams and cross-functional partners to provide insights.
• Prepare and analyze financial/operational data and identify trends.
• Conduct analysis to evaluate business processes and drive improvements.
• Assist with day-to-day finance tasks such as reporting and variance analysis.
• Develop relationships within the team to support overall goals.
