Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field with GPA 3.0+.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.
• No prior work experience required; internships welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Assist in development and enhancement of financial tools and models used to support strategic business decisions.
• Perform variance and trending analysis for financial metrics and performance measures.
• Summarize findings for senior leadership along with recommendations.
• Contribute to monthly financial analysis and internal reporting presented to the leadership team.
• Assist in the preparation of 5-year financial models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• May also perform scenario analysis and decision support.
• Maintain and update profitability and pricing tools using data analysis and 5-year models.
• Contribute data analysis and financial analysis to projects with financial implications.
• Perform post-project analysis to evaluate if planned outcomes were achieved.
