Job summary

Diablo Tools Inc. is seeking a Finance Intern to support the finance team with automation initiatives and data-driven analysis.

You will work with Finance, IT and stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop AI-driven efficiencies and streamline processes. You will conduct ad-hoc analyses on pricing, customer programs and key revenue drivers, leveraging PowerBI, SQL and Excel to build new automations and KPI dashboards, while assisting with budget vs.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or higher and enrolled in bachelor’s program.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (senior year or upcoming).
• Experience with PowerBI, SQL and Excel preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business situations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; internship in finance/data analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance, IT and stakeholders to explore tech and roll out AI-driven efficiency initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis including pricing, customer programs and revenue drivers.
• Use PowerBI, SQL and Excel to develop new automations and create KPI dashboards.
• Assist with budget vs actual analyses and prepare visualizations for presentations.
