Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Economics, or related field.
• Coursework in financial accounting, managerial accounting, corporate finance, or cost accounting.
• Experience with advanced Excel functions and data analysis.
• Exposure to ERP or financial reporting systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial reports, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing activities, including journal entries and data gathering.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Analyze actual results vs budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Support cost accounting: manufacturing costs, inventory, labor, overhead variances.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable and general accounting tasks as needed.
• Prepare management reports and financial summaries.
• Participate in process improvement, cost reduction, and reporting efficiency projects.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and supporting documents.
