Job summary

Minth Tennessee International LLC, Lewisburg, TN, is seeking a Finance Intern to assist the Finance Team with a range of accounting-focused projects. You will gain experience in expense reporting, reconciliations, and pricing error corrections while supporting month-end and operational reporting.

The role requires current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate accounting program, strong prioritization skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Some nontraditional hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with an interest in Accounting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet applications; comfortable with basic accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end financial reports.
• Assist with monthly operational reports.
• Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation.
• Assist with audits and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Support the payment processing team and credit checks.
• Other duties as assigned by the Finance team.

The Finance Intern will directly assist the Finance Team with a wide range of projects related to expense report auditing, account reconciliation and customer pricing errors. Other duties include:

To qualify for this role you must meet the following:

• Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in Accounting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet applications;
• Ability to work nontraditional work hours as needed.
