Job summary

McGavock Nissan Lubbock is seeking a Finance/Finance Department professional in the Texas Panhandle region. The role focuses on developing a comprehensive finance process, tracking lender portfolios, and ensuring timely, ethical handling of paperwork to support the sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, customer service, and self-motivation, plus a valid driver’s license. Automotive experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales department in achieving its goals with a professional and ethical approach.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enforce proper selling methods and maintain a finance department schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration
• Track portfolio with lenders
• Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turn around on all deals
• Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals
• Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service
• Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
• Set and maintain finance department work schedule

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Prior automotive experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
