Kals Motor Group in Wadena, MN is seeking a knowledgeable Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to coordinate financing options, present protection products, and ensure accurate, compliant paperwork for customers. This role supports a smooth buying experience and strong lender relationships.

You will collaborate with the sales team, build lender partnerships, and uphold high standards of integrity and attention to detail while thriving in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive F&I, finance, banking, or lending experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Arrange vehicle financing with a variety of lending partners.
• Present finance, warranty, GAP, and vehicle protection products to customers.
• Prepare and complete all financing and title paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal lending regulations.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide a smooth customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions.

Kals Motor Group is a family‑owned used car dealership in Wadena, MN, and we’re looking for a knowledgeable, customer‑focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. Hours:

Monday–Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PMAlternate Saturdays: 8:00AM – 2:00PMSundays Off

What You’ll Do:

• Arrange vehicle financing with a variety of lending partners
• Present finance, warranty, GAP, and vehicle protection products to customers
