Job summary

Land Rover Annapolis seeks a Financial Services Consultant to generate revenue by selling finance and insurance programs to new and used vehicle customers. You will work with the sales team to bridge gaps in the process and build strong customer relationships.

The role requires strong communication, lender knowledge, and accurate processing of paperwork while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and dealership policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to sell products and services in a professional and ethical manner.
• Ability to understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
• Ability to facilitate and/or conduct technical training to other employees.
• Computer proficient.

Responsibilities

• Sells finance and insurance products to customers.
• Builds rapport with customers to establish referrals.
• Produces and submits paperwork for title work and secures funding from finance sources.
• Provides customers with explanations of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Processes finance and lease deals accurately and in compliance with laws.
• Maintains paperwork accuracy, confidentiality, and ethics.
