Job summary

FYIsoft, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide new customers from signed contract to live financial reports. You’ll analyze client needs, build statements and management reports in our tools, and train their finance teams to run reports independently.

You will work with clients to validate GL mappings, ensure connections are complete, and support go-lives while addressing questions quickly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience in staff, senior, GL, or controller roles.
• Hands-on experience building financial statements and reports.
• Experience implementing a general ledger or ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Review GL setup, chart of accounts, dimensions, and entities for reporting.
• Build P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and budget reports.
• Configure budgeting models and multi-currency translation.
• Train finance users through live sessions and guides.
• Manage multiple implementations, track tasks and go-live dates.
