TTX Company is offering an internship focused on Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Process Governance. The intern will work under the Sr.

Manager, Controls and Governance to gain hands-on experience in financial controls frameworks, risk management, and process improvement initiatives. The role includes assisting in ICFR testing per AICPA standards, supporting ESG data collection and analysis, and participating in remediation tracking and governance tasks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Risk Management, Sustainability or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to present complex information clearly.

Responsabilités

• Assist in execution of internal control strategy through sample selection and testing of controls.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT for cohesive controls governance.
• Update process narratives and Visio flow charts for key business processes.
• Track remediation action plans for control deficiencies.
• Assist in ESG data collection, analysis and reporting.
