Job summary
Synopsys Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Intelligent Automation team to modernize Finance and GTM operations across a global enterprise.
You will document current-state processes, design future-state models, and drive automation opportunities within Order-to-Cash, R2R, and related finance workflows. You will lead discovery sessions with Finance, Sales, and Operations, translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, and enable faster decision-making through structured
Qualifications
- 7+ years of business analysis with Finance and GTM focus.
- Hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Cash Application, Billing, and CPQ.
- Document current-state processes, design future-state models, and perform gap analysis for automation opportunities.
- Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, and process re-engineering methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Power Platform, UiPath, or similar platforms.
- Process mining, data analysis, or AI/automation experience is a plus.
- Technology-sector background or leadership of process transformation initiatives preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops across Finance, GTM, and Operations to document current-state processes and identify inefficiencies.
- Design future-state processes and operating models for O2C, R2R, Cash Application, and related workflows.
- Perform gap analysis between operations and ERP/automation capabilities.
- Gather and document functional requirements; create user stories and BRDs for delivery teams.
- Facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams and prioritize transformation initiatives.
