Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Comfortable with research, outreach, and relationship-building activities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced professional environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or database tools

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients and strategic business opportunities
• Build and maintain targeted outreach and prospecting lists
• Conduct outbound prospecting and introductory business outreach
• Schedule meetings and coordinate communication with prospective partners and clients
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates
• Support capital raising and strategic partnership initiatives
• Conduct market and industry research across financial and healthcare sectors
• Assist with presentations, reports, and special business development projects
• Collaborate with leadership on operational and growth-related initiatives
