Job summary

eJam is seeking a seasoned FP&A and Treasury professional in California to own budgeting, forecasting and a rolling cash model across multiple brands. You will report to the VP of Finance and collaborate with the Accounting Supervisor and brand leads to drive accurate, timely financial insights.

You will use Excel, QuickBooks Online and Cin7 data to analyze revenue, margins and spend, ensuring the company’s cash posture aligns with strategic goals and credit facilities.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of FP&A, treasury or analytical finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Advanced MS Excel skills with complex formulas, pivot tables and data cleanup.
• Solid understanding of the three financial statements and cash flow dynamics.
• Experience building or maintaining a cash forecast.
• Comfort with Claude AI as a working partner and ability to verify output.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A reporting, monthly P&L, KPI dashboards, and brand performance summaries.
• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, margins, OPEX and headcount.
• Support annual budget and rolling forecast with inputs from brand and functional owners.
• Analyze profitability by product/channel/brand using Cin7 data with QuickBooks Online.
