Job summary

eJam is seeking a senior FP&A and treasury professional to own reporting, forecasting and cash management for multiple brands. You will partner with the VP of Finance and brand leads to drive actionable insights and robust financial planning across revenue, margin, and spend.

You will build and maintain models, manage daily cash and credit reporting, and support lender reporting under the company’s facilities. Hybrid/Remote in the US.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years FP&A/treasury or similar analytical finance role.
• Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and models.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and cash flow.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or comparable systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly P&L, KPI dashboards and brand-level summaries.
• Build financial models for revenue, margins, opex and headcount.
• Perform budget vs actual analysis with clear commentary.
• Support rolling forecast and input gathering from brand/functional leads.
• Analyze profitability across products, channels and brands.
• Track cash forecast, A/R/A/P and banking activity daily.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure closed-book alignment.
