Supervise direct reports including hiring, training, and performance management.
Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and grant budgeting processes.
Analyze revenue and cost variances against budgets and provide action plans.
Liaise with internal and external auditors and support quarterly and year-end statements.
Ensure GAAP compliance and strengthen internal controls across departments.
