Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Finance Lead, Systems Governance & Administration to own the SAC/BPC Admin Guide, maintain supporting documentation, and lead governance initiatives. You will partner with developers, finance teams, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation reflects implemented functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise planning solutions.
• Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain SAC/BPC Admin Guide and related documentation.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions with developers and SMEs.
• Translate recordings and sessions into structured admin documentation.
• Ensure documentation remains current, audit-ready, and aligned to production.
• Manage version control, approvals, reviews, and archival workflows.
• Maintain SharePoint repositories and governance materials.
• Establish documentation standards, templates, and quality controls.
