Ladders is seeking a Finance Functional Lead, Oracle Fusion Cloud to drive finance transformation for a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech leader. You will own design-to-go-live for multiple finance modules and partner with senior finance leadership to shape scalable solutions.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Finance Functional Lead, Oracle Fusion Cloud to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead finance transformation efforts across core finance modules, with a strong focus on translating business needs into scalable system design and delivery. The person in this role will partner closely with senior finance leadership to shape solutions that improve Record-to-Report, Close, FP&A, consolidations, and broader finance operations. This is a hands-on functional leadership position that combines strategic ownership, technical configuration, and cross-functional execution in a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate will own new finance initiatives from design through go-live while also governing support operations and driving automation across finance processes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $161,500 – $195,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the finance cloud platform, covering multiple finance modules
• Serve as the sole accountable owner for all new initiatives from design to go-live
• Act as the primary point of contact for Finance leadership, translating business needs into system design
• Govern offshore MSP support for KTLO activities, ensuring quality and adherence to SLAs
• Perform hands-on configuration and lead end-to-end delivery of finance cloud solutions
• Lead implementation of financial consolidation processes and account reconciliation capabilities
• Implement and sustain Project Accounting and Lease Accounting within the finance cloud environment
• Drive intelligent automation initiatives across finance processes, leveraging AI capabilities

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on experience with Finance ERP platforms, specifically Oracle ERP implementation
• Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, including functional configuration and data analysis
• Deep understanding of core finance processes like Record-to-Report, Close, and FP&A
• Experience with Consolidations & Eliminations in Oracle Fusion
• Finance/accounting foundation (CPA, CMA) or direct experience in GL/AP/AR/audit preferred
• Experience managing offshore MSPs for KTLO support
• Strong executive communication skills for engaging with senior finance leadership
• Experience with AI in Finance operations
