Ideal candidates have at least 1 year coordinating programs for adults, with a high school diploma or GED and a preferred bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 1 year of direct experience coordinating, planning and executing programs with adults.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a monthly calendar in partnership with residents.
• Collaborate with community leadership to plan and execute events.
• Plan and schedule meaningful resident engagement activities, including outside-the-community opportunities (driving may be required).
