Job summary

Uplift Investors is seeking a BI Analyst with a finance background to sit at the intersection of technology and portfolio finance infrastructure. You'll work closely with the tech team while reporting to the CFO and Head of Portfolio Infrastructure, turning portfolio company and fund data into trusted reporting and decision intelligence.

You will own Power BI reporting, data modeling in datamarts and semantic layers, and data pipelines from DealCloud and other sources.

Qualifications

• Finance-focused FP&A or PE reporting experience.
• Ability to translate finance questions into analytics.
• Experience building data models and semantic layers.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI dashboards for portfolio and fund metrics.
• Build datamarts, cubes, and semantic models.
• Collaborate with CFO and Tech to ensure data governance and reliability.
