Job summary

Regions Bank invites motivated students to join the Finance Development Program (FDP) Internship in Birmingham, AL. During a 10-week summer experience, interns gain hands-on exposure to the Finance organization, supporting projects that drive performance, planning and strategic decision-making across the bank.

You will work 40 hours per week, develop practical analytical and business skills, and participate in professional development and networking opportunities with finance leaders.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks during the summer in Birmingham, AL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to support business decision-making.
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Support strategic initiatives across Finance and other business units.
• Create reports, presentations, and analyses for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance leaders and business partners across the organization.
