Job summary

Momentum BMW is seeking a Finance Manager to ensure sales quotas and gross objectives are met daily, monthly, and yearly. The role focuses on selling finance and insurance products to customers and generating additional revenue for the dealership.

The candidate will forecast departmental needs, coordinate with finance sources, and lead daily briefings with the sales team. A high school diploma or finance experience is required, with strong communication and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree in finance or commensurate experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Previous professional sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly vehicle requirements by department for the next 90 days.
• Forecast monthly and yearly sales, gross profit, and departmental profits.
• Sell financing and other F&I products to customers.
• Sell Extended Warranties and aftermarket items.
• Establish relationships with finance sources and obtain approvals.
• Meet with sales staff daily to review results and plans.
• Lead sales meetings and facilitate pre-delivery with service.
• Provide on-the-job training for salespeople.
• Handle rate quotations and ensure paperwork accuracy.
