Mercor is seeking an Investment Banking Expert for a remote contract to review AI-assisted financial outputs and support deal workflows. You will assess scenarios, annotate data, and provide feedback on accuracy regarding SEC regs, deal docs, and financial terminology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, middle market, or regional investment bank.
• Background in areas such as M&A advisory, equity or debt capital markets, leveraged finance, or restructuring.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate deal workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
