Mercor is seeking a Financial Manager for a contract role focused on evaluating AI-generated financial plans and forecasts. The position is remote in the United States, lasting 4–6 weeks with a commitment of 20+ hours per week and immediate start.

You will review budgets, cash flow scenarios, and financial reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance and analytical rigor. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in financial management roles, experience across accounting and financial planning

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in financial management roles such as Finance Manager or Financial Planning Manager.
• Experience overseeing accounting, banking, credit, insurance, securities, or financial planning activities at department level.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week and work asynchronously with strong written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses based on financial soundness, regulatory compliance, and analytical rigor.

Compensation & Legal

• Task-based payment upon first task approval.
• Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will qualify for hourly payment for the remainder of the project.
