• Process and verify supplier invoices.
• Allocate costs to correct accounts and cost centres.
• Resolve supplier queries and perform reconciliations.
• Prepare and process supplier payments.
• Reconcile daily revenue, payments, and cash transactions.
• Manage deposits, bank allocations, and cash lodgements.
• Reconcile OTA, travel agent, and debtor balances.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and internal controls.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Undertake additional accounting duties assigned by management
