Job summary

Siemens Energy North America invites early‑career professionals to join the Finance Excellence Academy, a 24‑month rotational program designed to develop finance expertise across multiple business areas and corporate functions. Locations include Orlando, Houston, Alpharetta, Raleigh, and Charlotte.

You will learn how finance supports strategic decisions, perform forecasting and budgeting, and gain hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, SAP, and other financial systems to deliver actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, data analytics or related field graduating by May 2027.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA and relevant prior work experience.
• Interest in data analytics, corporate functions, project management, FP&A.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with Excel and data tools such as PowerBI, Snowflake, and Alteryx preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, financial analysis, and business controlling across rotations.
• Analyze data using Excel, Power BI, SAP, and other systems to deliver insights.
• Partner with finance leaders to improve reporting and strengthen performance.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, and AI-driven initiatives.
• Build finance and leadership capabilities through mentoring and cross-organizational collaboration.
