Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or technical discipline; MBA highly preferred.
• 5+ years in finance, accounting, or ERP business systems roles with close involvement in financial close cycles and ERP configuration.
• Functional knowledge of ERP financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Cost Management, Inventory Accounting) and experience with major ERP; Oracle Cloud ERP exposure is a plus.
• Strong consultative and relationship-building skills.
• Robust understanding of core Accounting/Finance processes (GL, cost accounting, AP, AR, inventory, intercompany) and period-close.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional SME for the LX application, supporting Accounting and Finance on day-to-day system issues and data flow into Oracle Cloud GL.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, test scenarios, configurations, and controls.
• Manage workstreams across discovery, design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Support LX-to-Oracle Cloud migration documentation, data validation, and testing.
• Own accounting integrity of LX transactions and reconciliations to Oracle Cloud GL.
• Partner with IT, vendors, and services to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
