Job summary
The Talent Mine is seeking a Finance & ERP Specialist for an in-office role in Fort Payne, AL or Phoenix, AZ. The position emphasizes end-to-end finance process ownership, system you’ll drive development of roadmaps, MVP scope, and prioritized backlogs.
20% travel is required; relocation support is available and benefits include robust medical plans, 401K and Roth, and education assistance. Relocation assistance (moving costs and temporary housing) is provided.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent education/experience.
- 3+ years of finance or accounting operations experience across GL, AP, AR, asset accounting or controlling.
- 3+ years with ERP or financial system implementations, including requirements, UAT, or change management.
Responsibilities
- Act as accountable owner for assigned finance processes and initiatives.
- Own end-to-end finance processes from intake to execution and steady-state operations.
- Define and own finance roadmaps, MVP scope, and initiative plans.
