Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Solution Architecture to lead client engagements and guide complex EPM implementations. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, shape strategy for forecasting, budgeting, and analytics, and drive value through innovative EPM solutions.

You will collaborate with diverse client teams, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to business development while navigating evolving industry practices. A flexible travel requirement is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4‑year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4‑6 years relevant experience.
• Five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services (MDM, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI).
• Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions (e.g., Anaplan, FCCS/HFM, Hyperion, OneStream, Tagetik).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; translate business challenges into value‑add solutions.
