Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Solution Architecture to lead client engagement teams and guide Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) initiatives across forecasting, budgeting and reporting. You will manage engagements, shape architecture, and drive transformational solutions for EY clients in a complex advisory environment.

You will mentor junior consultants, develop business opportunities, and ensure high-quality deliverables while collaborating across multinational teams in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year)
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience in advisory services
• 5+ years in complex consultative services in focus areas: master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting
• Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Tagetik)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business challenges into value-added solutions
