Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Solution Architecture to guide Enterprise Performance Management engagements. You will lead client engagement teams, shape forecasting/budgeting solutions, and oversee delivery of technology solutions while managing risk and ensuring quality.

You’ll mentor junior staff, foster innovation, and develop long-term client relationships across a global portfolio. Travel to meet client needs is expected as part of advisory projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years relevant experience.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in complex consultative services (EPM focus: master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting).
• Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions (Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Hyperion/PBCS/ePBCS, OneStream, Tagetik).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate business challenges into value-add solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement teams, delivering professional services to diverse clients.
• Drive business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
• Oversee delivery of technology solutions with focus on EPM, ensuring quality and risk management.
• Engage in continuous process improvement and identification of innovative solutions.
