Job summary

SPRCHRGR is a US-based professional services consultancy delivering data-driven accounting and finance tools for startups, SMBs, and nonprofits. The role blends accounting expertise with software development to create client-facing dashboards, AI-assisted automations, and live data integrations.

You will work directly with clients, draft robust financial tools, and help teams turn data into actionable insights while maintaining confidentiality and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, CS or related field.
• 10+ years combined experience in accounting/finance and software or systems development.
• CPA or CMA preferred, not required.
• SQL proficiency preferred.
• Experience with accounting systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Dynamics.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build and own client dashboards: web apps with scenario sliders and exports.
• Build AI automations that perform a single job well with approval gates.
• Write database queries and connect to live client accounting data.
• Resolve discrepancies and distinguish genuine variances.
• Teach accountants and operators to build their own tools.
• Collaborate with clients directly to understand needs and deliver solutions.
