Qualifications

• PhD or DBA from AACSB-accredited institution; ABD with defense evidence considered
• Commitment to teaching in face-to-face and online formats
• Active scholarly research in economics, finance, or related area

Responsibilities

• Utilize effective teaching methods and multiple assessment procedures to meet student needs (Essential)
• Demonstrate ability to teach, develop, and implement courses in the curricular area (Essential)
• Develop and maintain an active research agenda (Essential)
• Keep up to date with field by reading current literature and attending conferences/workshops (Essential)
• Advise students on program/department/university committees (Essential)
• Collaborate with colleagues to support EKU's mission (Essential)
